Tickets

Who must be Ticketed

Everyone entering the signing. Anyone entering the signing area and/or signing foyer. must be ticketed. This includes but is not limited to: spouses, parents, caregivers, friends, etc…

Are there ID or Minimum age requirements for this event?

This is an 18+ event due to the dark theme of the books and vendors. Concessions will be made for infants/toddlers/nursing mothers. We understand that it can be hard to leave severely young children at home. Please be aware of the sensitive content of this signing.

Will I get a refund if I suddenly can't attend?

We do have a no refunds policy. HOwever, all of our tickets are transferable at no cost. You can use the Wicked readers signing group to ‘sell’ your ticket. We ask that you do not sell it for more than it is available on our site. 

Do I need to bring my ticket?

Tickets may be printed or visible on your smart device or identification that matches the purchased ticket(s)

Can I update my registration?

Yes, attendees are able to update registration information via Eventbrite. If you have any issues updating the information, please let us know via email. We’ll be happy to help on our end.

Is my ticket transferrable?

Yes, tickets are transferable. We do not require that the name shown on the ticket matches the attendee checking in.

VIPs

Will there be tote bags?

All VIP ticket holders will receive tote bags and swag/merch with their purchase. General Admission can buy event specific totes/merch or other bookish designs from our partner’s site at romantikadesigns.com. All ticket holders receive a 30% discount on her site with purchase of a ticket.

my VIP ticket doesn't include the cocktail party...can i upgrade?

Only two sets of VIP tickets include access to the Friday night cocktail due to space limitations. We are not offering upgrades at this time. 

Event

Are there different authors on different days?

Some of our amazing saturday authors will be signing on sunday as well, but we will have some fresh new faces for everyone to see!

Will the author list change?

Yes. We will be continuously updating the attendee list. It is subject to change at any time. Ticket sales are final regardless of cancellations. Please be prepared for cancellations.

What is the Wicked fantasy photo op and how do i sign up?

The wicked fantasy photo op is a chance for you to live out your dream of being the main character in your own dark romance. You’ll get the chance to pose with the model(s) of your choice. You can purchase this as an add-on feature on eventbrite or in the Attendee group under featured there is a sign up sheet labeled “Wicked Fantasy Form”

Why does the wicked fantasy photo op cost?

These photos are taken by our wonderful photographer, edited, and stamped with the model(s)s digital signature for you to keep. Not dissimilar to paying for a photo op with your favorite celebrity. THe money gets split between the models, the event, and the photographer for their time and effort.  

Can i bring food or drink into the signing?

No food is allowed in the signing. Beverages can be purchased at our cash bar for the signing or you can get water from our complimentary water stations.

Do I need to bring cash?

Many authors will have credit card scanners, but you are highly encouraged to bring cash and please try to bring small bills as authors can sometimes run out of change. 

Can i bring my own books?

Please do! As many as you can haul. 

How many books can an author sign?

There is no set limit for the event. If an author has a limit they plan to set, we will announce it closer to the event. We strongly suggest that readers who preorder more than 5 books from an author, ask that author to presign them. 

What will an author sign?

Almost anything you bring with you! However some authors may have a limit on the number of non-book items that they will sign. We will update line preferences closer to the event.

Will there be a seating diagram shared with attendees?

Yes, we will post a diagram 2 weeks before the event.

Venue

How much is Parking?

Valet on site is $29 dollars. There are several off site parking sites you can use as well as street parking. 

Will there be free Wi-fi?

Yes, the hotel has free wifi

Can I book a room at the hotel?

Yes. However, we are not currently doing room blocks for readers. All bookings need to be done on your own. 

PERMITTED CARTS

For hotel safety guidelines, no wagons, suitcases, or flatbed carts will be permitted on the signing floor.

The purpose of this is to prevent Traffic jams in lines, maintain safety for all readers/authors,

 and prevent the blocking of tables and open space.
